Megan Weigel, DNP, founder of First Coast IntegrativeMedicine, in Jacksonville, is excited to announce she has added Soul Lightening Acupressure to the list of modalities offered at the center.

According to Weigel, Soul Lightening Acupressure uses specific combinations of acupoints to release restrictions and restore the free flow of energy movement within the body. “It can be used for a specific problem, such as back pain or headaches, or to help you access your own healing wisdom about your health concerns,” she explains.

Weigel asserts that she is putting more emphasis on guiding her clients on a journey to uncover who they are meant to be using Soul Lightening Acupressure, biofeedback and the Neuro Emotional Technique. “I’ve learned through study and practice that a balanced nervous system is the foundation for healing,” she says. “You are worth the small changes and the nurturing required to achieve wellness and healing. Weigel, a nurse practitioner for more than 20 years specializing in neurological care, brings a unique integrative medicine and holistic nursing perspective to her practice. She is a board-certified Advanced Practice Holistic Nurse and has been a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Nurse since 2005. This University of Florida alumni completed her fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona in 2018.
