Subliminal Dreamz is hosting a Relax N Unwind Community Mental Wellness Picnic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., October 21, 2023, at Riverside Park. This family-friendly event aims to bring awareness and resources to those surviving a loss of a loved one by homicide or suicide. There will be activities available for participation that promote healthy coping skills, physical activity, clean fun and intentional self-care.

Participants will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with neighbors and professionals, share experiences and learn valuable tips and techniques to improve their mental well-being and discover communal support available to assist with coping with the loss of a loved one.
